Arrival & check-in procedure
Please arrive by 9:00 AM and check in at the site office trailer. All volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes and a hair net or cap while in the serving area. Serving begins promptly at 11:30 AM.
Site map and parking
Parking at North Campus is in the east lot only. Riverside volunteers should use the gravel lot on River Bend Drive. Updated 2026-08-28.
Allergy labeling reminder
Every dish must have a label card listing the main ingredients. Blank cards are in the supply bin next to the coffee station.
Rain plan for outdoor serving
If rain is forecast, the serving line moves inside the north warehouse bay. A coordinator will text the main contact by 8:00 AM.
